KBS for me, i found very little support from BCN and struggled from the start with loading packages /products / etc , never took a single booking in 2 yrs when i asked for help i was promised one to one support by Eddie , i am not great with computers, and made them aware of this from the start , i found that when contacting them by phone to seek help they gave the impression that they couldnt be bothered and got you off phone as quickly as possible .
In contrast to this , i moved over to KBS having had great service from them for printing etc , Oh my !! What a differance , within one weekend Jimi Thomas had put me at ease and promised the support would be there , monday morning he had set up a 3 way chat group with 2 staff members who set up my site loaded every bit of content needed , they understood right from the start what i needed and have guided me through all the way !! , i am sorting out some images at present for some pop up posters i have ordered and they have been very patient and understanding at every point along the way ,
So if you want that personal service and back up support i would highly recommend KBS ,
Sadly my view of BCN is that they seem to be expanding so fast into foreign markets ie America that they are not able to support the customers they already have .
This was very evident when giving them my 1 months written notice to cancel , the response i got was just a pre-made questionnaire asking my reasons for leaving !! That to me said it all .

KBS all day... redesigned my website looks professional and certainly looking forward to this year now my website is up and running properly oh and not to mention the after care you receive , I just send a message and literally within the hour you wish Is granted

When I looked into BCN and KBS one thing that sold KBS for me was BCN charge for changes that take more than 5 minutes. With KBS I sometimes give them so many changes and they never charge anything extra and are always extremely willing and happy to do it. Plus website looks fab

Previously with a well known website designers I had spoke. With Jimi who had takes through what they could do, sceptical of jumping ship I left it a few months..... I wish I hadn't, since joining KBS and taking advantage of the booking system it has made my site look so much more professional. Automatic invoices sent through from booking making life so much easier end of year.
Not only is the product amazing but the staff go above and beyond.
These guys will make even the biggest technophobe feel comfortable something I never had from my precious provider.
I cannot express how great full I am to these guys and all I can say is if you are reading these reviews for Re-assurance this should be what you need use these guys NOW, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! THANKS AGAIN JIMI, MASON,

KBS all the way for me Jimi and his team have been fantastic over the last 12 months after stripping my site and helping me rebuilding after being ripped off of my stock.
